Our initial session will determine what you might want and need from counselling.
 
If I do not feel I am the right counsellor for you, I will endeavour to refer you on to other therapists that you could explore working with.
 
I offer sessions face to face in two separate locations in Shrewsbury or via online and telephone from my home.
 
I offer a limited number of low-cost sessions to student counsellors or those on lower incomes.

I accept BUPA insured clients.
